tuq, Booyah, grandma. Even JJ going 3/17 and the Hawks shooting 4/16 from 3 are no match for your teams weak rebounding. On a serious note though, as much as I hate him, Nash is clearly the MVP. His +/- tonight must've been + double digits and they still lost by 9. Everyone on that team outside of Amare is an overpaid role-player. Oh, and Bobbo, Chill's 19/10 tonight more your style? [/ QUOTE ] mm bee towne - totally agree re: suns. jesus i was yelling at [censored] boris diaw, what a stiff AHHHH WATCHING HIM MAKES ME TILT. And... Grant Hill, wtf? Hit a shot please? About Chill: Yah, decided to start him this week, this game made me happy, he is a stud |

KC: (About your writeup) Wow, I think Rondo played exceptionally. Don't know what you're talking about. Also, it's hard to criticize the game given the result, so I can't really find fault, but I too am surprised Scalabrine gets non garbage time mins.

Re: Official NBA Season Thread
colin,
rondo was good tonight. forced a bunch of turnovers and actually hit some jumpers. he does need to work on fast break execution though. huge weakness to his game that no one talks about. |

Re: Official NBA Season Thread
Like I said, I know he played well. I LOVED that early steal when AI just gave up on the play to yell at the ref. But that fastbreak play left such a sour taste in my mouth.
Here's what I don't like: His D. He's so fast yet guys blow by him. I know TJ Ford is good.. but c'mon. I think he passes up layups/floaters too much. He gets to the hoop and kicks it. Also, one of you TV guys.. did Posey get hurt on that foul? He looked a little limpy. Can't figure out why he only played 8 minutes or whatever. |

Answering my own questions, also (just trying to spark conversation!) - I think the Pacers are due for a 20 game losing streak. Hornets are the real deal, I think they are 7th in the west MINIMUM if if they play above expectation can compete with the Rockets for #4. Clippers will fall off, nothing to see here. Bulls will readjust, but something tells me reaching 50 wins will be quite difficult... Warriors may NOT, watching the games the moron announcers talk about people replacing Jrich. Him not being there - same with Sjaxx serving the suspension - hurts a TON. This was such a young team last year and they got even younger, it's as though they didn't want to press their luck from last year and instead are still in "rebuild" mode. I think TBlazers will get win 1. Will be quite the race! [/ QUOTE ] so far im batting 100, woohoo me! also: This jazz game is awesome, I love this team, wow. |
