That timeline, WWE's statements, Chavo's comment's about trusting his kid's life to Benoit as mentioned earlier in the thread sure is starting to sound like covering their asses from lawsuits and/or police actions. The Wiki stuff is interesting too but old news.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I thought WWE's comments were rather rushed and sounds like a major PR move. This is a trying time though and there's lots going on behind the scenes. I think we'll also start seeing the WWE taking the "wellness policy" a little more serious now. Don't be surprised if we see wrestlers magically shrink in a short span of time. There may be more fallout from this as the investigation is ongoing.

EDIT: not saying steriods is involved of course but just that the wwe would be trying to keep their noses clean at this time.

In the two text messages he sent to two "co-workers", he said 'C,S', then left the entire message. I would imagine the 'C' stood for Chavo Guerrero, but who would the 'S' stand for?

[/ QUOTE ]

Maybe Steph McMahon, Steve Austin, or Shawn Micheals. All I can think of.

[/ QUOTE ]

I wouldn't consider Austin or HBK coworkers really, former's not really there anymore and the latter is recooping from surgery. Would you really consider 2nd in command a coworker though? Regal sounds like a good choice.

Man, I hope so. I am so sick of Scott Steiner's arms.

This was the first/only name that I could think of when I saw this.

Steven Regal.

Not his real name, although I guess Benoit could have called him Steve (as that was his character's name in WCW). Who knows.

Not necessarily. As I mentioned, I have a friend who works the indies, and "the boys" refer to him by his stage name.

depends on how close they are, I had some friends who were indy wrestlers in jersey and they'd sometimes have people refer to them by their wrestling name and sometimes by their real name
