I know he had a long history of troll accounts, so I bet that's what did him in. I'm real curious who the troll account was, though (or if that was even it).

title aren't automatically changed when someone is permabanned. Usually only if they are banned for a certain big thread that is still active, then the mod may add that as a title.

I don't think there's any real way to prevent people from starting new accounts.

Edit: I guess they could ban his IP, but IPs are an easy thing to change...

Eh he was a pretty good strat poster IMO, not that active lately though. People didn't seem to like him but I never minded him.
