parked on the street outside my house today, someone pulled out on their driveway and hit my car

it was a young couple on their way to prom, and I was very gracious... a little disappointed, but very calm.

fwiw, the same thing had happened at my parents' place like 7 or 8 years ago: they went on vacation to greece, I stole car and backed into parked car just outside my driveway.

So, for those of you unfamiliar with lacrosse, tune into ESPN/ESPN2 this weekend. Saturday, Johns Hopkins v. Delaware at noon ET, Duke v. Cornell at 2:30pm, both on ESPN2. The Finals will be Monday at 1pm, on ESPN.

I just finished watching the Duke-UNC quarterfinal. UNC led 6-1 at the 1st quarter break, 8-4 at halftime, trailed 15-9 at the end of the 3rd, and Duke wound up winning 19-11. Duke is a [censored] juggernaut, and the Duke-Cornell semi-final may be the best game of the season.
