I'm going to play a bunch of $6s with the $230 I have left at Stars in an attempt to make it into a sum worth trying to cash out.

Will everyone give me free [censored] or do I need my own slightly retarded but unflinchingly polite huckster?

[/ QUOTE ]Let's think about this for a minute. I have taken a $3.40 sng player and brought him to the very forefront of the cyberworld's attention in less than a week's time. If you actually have game, imagine what I could do for you? I am, after all, the Don King of sng's.

If it's great enough will you spend 'some time at his apartment' and 'adequately perform your duty as his agent'?

Wickss,

I hate to be the one to tell you but if you want to suceed you need to dump Mr. Numb. You sir are the straw in this drink. A sensation. If Numb had anything going he would easily landed a staking deal to put you in the $27s by now.

And there is the inevitable jealously. He is nothing without you. Sooner or later he will sabotage your career out of pure passive aggresive biterness. Dump him now while you are still marketable.

You have to make a move now, if you are still playing the 650s in a week you will be old news.

Good luck!

Ok my new goal is to get in all of his sngs!!

[/ QUOTE ]
This is such a bad idea on every level.

1. If you want him to succeed, then don't compete against him.
2. If your goal is to chip-dump, then you are helping everyone at the table, bloating pots and actually decreasing his chances.
3. If you want to collude, you risk your (and his) account being frozen.
4. If you want to bust him or make his quest more difficult, then that is -$EV - TimeEV and just plain spiteful.
5. If you skew his results by playing soft, then it impedes his honest progress.
6. If he plays better than you, and you play your best game, then he deserves your money. As it should be.
7. If you play better, then you deserve his money. As it should be.

Cheer him on, jeer him on. Whatever. But none of the above are reasons to play limits or a style other than what you would do under normal circumstances.

Plenty of players out there want to try what Wicks is trying. Just because he has been the one of 1,387,845,384 identified shouldn't change how your game is played.
