I could see it being Nielsio, he usually has 2-3 hands posted on the front page and I don't see any recent ones. Don't knoe if he participates a lot in non-strat forums though.

Doesn't someone's title turn to 'banned' once they get permabanned tho? Nielsio's title is unchanged. lol I think he may have gotten temp banned for some stupid OOT thread though. He does post a bunch in that whacked out communist forum.
