I'm posting my final update to this now, so that it doesn't get lost on Saturday when nobody's arround. I thought I had a scale picture uploaded, but it must be on one of my computers at home, so that'll be uploaded later.

I'm at 246. Down from 331. 85 total lbs lost.

I feel better than I have in years, I'm the lightest I've been in 10 years and at this point I've developed habits that I don't see changing. I didn't just diet, I really changed the way I live, and that's probably added a good number of years onto my life. My new target is to be below 200 by Jan 1 2009.
