well when i called the guy said he was gona send a request to someone and they would email me details on how to increase limits...it took like 30 mins to get the email and it had some .doc attachments i have to fill out and fax/email it back to them. Apparently you can request a max withdrawl/load limit (im assuming greater than the 1k for select on their site) would is pretty nice but i dont really wanta go through the hassel. But if your interested you can PM your email and i can attach and send the documents to you or you can just call ePass...

So I'm trying to move my roll from Stars to FTP because I finally hit my goal of 600 and am ready to take full advantage of their deposit bonus, but my [censored] ePassporte account is frozen for some reason. I tried cashing out from Stars twice and both times failed so I called them today and they were like "your account was never validated so its been frozen and you can't do anything with it until tech support fixes it." I specifically remember validating my account back in February so I dunno what the hell is going on.

I am very annoyed that I'm missing out on playing FT this weekend though, I really wanted to get started over there. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
