I have hesitated to do this, but I am afraid that if I don't mention it we will twist ourselves in knots.

Here is what I would do as a wolf:

Let's say Nich is evil. If someone says "I peeked Nich and he is village", I kill them. The insane seer is just as much of a threat as the real one. By killing people who list wolves as villagers the wolves risk leaving the real ones alone, but the information gained from night kills is minimal. They can then switch back and forth.

I have a way to counter that, but I am not going to say that at this point as it is more usefully kept under wraps.

You're dead wrong. The wolves know who is a wolf and who is a villager. Posting our peeks allows them to make use of the info MUCH FASTER than the village can.

Let's say everyone waits for three days. At most, 6 more villagers die. That leaves 16 more villagers to post FOUR PEEKS EACH!! You'll have TONS of info even if you wait for it.

how about this plan:

half of the village peeks player A tonite and the other half peeks player B

NOBODY posts what they came back as

we lynch player A tomorrow (if wolves eat A, then we lynch B instead, thus why we are doing half and half)

NOBODY still posts what they had seen A as, but THEY will then know better what kind of seer they are

the next day, if a/b were not eaten, then the half that saw a will now see B and the other half sees player C...we then lynch B the next day


after 3-4 days, most of the village will have enough info to narrow down what role they could be...

wolves get no info, as nobody posts what they had seen the people as at this point...

nich, the problem with that is we can't discuss who want to peek, because the wolves can mess with the peeks

in other words, the only way ANY of us will know the type of seer we are (and thus be useful down the line) is when our peeks die and are revealed...

for a good % of us to have enough revealed deaths early enough in the game, we need to have large groups peek someone and then lynch that person

there is no downside to this plan, as nobody reveals their peek info so the wolves don't find out
