nevermind, just saw that. ok, so that means after a successful conversion, each would be at 80%. there are only 3 neutral characters last night that block conversion, each clan has 5 guys on the other clan. so each is 2/3 to pick someone to convert, and each has 4/5 chance of doing it, meaning each is 8/15. so yeah, it's unlikely both converted, but not exactly outside of the realm of possibility.
i think it's relatively unlikely that either clan (successfully) killed last night. so yeah, somewhere in the 10-12 range looks about right imo.
