If you lose on the day you have significant leaks and it's impossible you played well.

Get a coach maybe.

If you lose a big pot even if you think you played it well you lost so you have significant leaks to work on.

If you lose for the day you are a horrible player.

nobody runs worse at hu play then me. I play the biggest retards. This one guy would shove when he had a hand, or fold when he missed, obv he misesd alot so i abused this, but unfortunatly he loved to call his draws down and then shove river and proudly show how he hit his 2 outer when i folded to put me on tilt. After winning 1bi from me he left ofcourse.

lol yesterday this fish called me down w/ BPTK when i fired 3 streets w/ NFD and missed, i berated him and he said he had seen me spew off loads of money bluffing w/ AK ui.

today he sits on my left and i have taken 2.5 stacks off him in about 20 minutes just by TTVT every time i have >= 1pair. and every time i win a pot of him i write in the chat "[x] he put me on ak"
