I'd hate to see the datamine of my last two days

it's weird when all my stats are exactly the same (except W$SD), yet the results are so different

Several things

1) Agreed carrotsnake . Too many "lol documents" in support of FGators.
2) too eazy -- that's hilarious, he told me about that hand 2 days ago....pissed him off beyond reason...what's your Stars name?
3) Double Eagle - Who are you on Stars?

your not if your not the one datamining ... i keep peoples stuff private ... no nicks/names are given out to anyone

[/ QUOTE ]

That's a pretty strong statement. Can you please show me the portions of the ToS which back up your position? Specifically, that neither the person receiving the datamined hands nor the person doing the mining is violating the terms.

[/ QUOTE ]

"The practice of datamining (observing games as a non-player for extended periods to build up a large collection of hand histories for future reference) is prohibited."

That is a quote from PokerStars. It says nothing about recieving datamined hands. It says that you can't "observing games as a non-player for extended periods to build up a large collection of hand histories for future reference" Which none of my clients are doing. There is noway to trace me giving anyone hands.

[/ QUOTE ]

LOLOLOLOL. "No way to trace," and "not in violation" are two way different concepts, scum.
