when i started playing 2000+ hands a day, my wrist felt uncomfortable. now i'm mostly using my graphic tablet and everything is fine.

so my tip is: buy a tablet! doesn't need to be a big one for poker, wacom makes this new, small one that is intended as a mouse replacement:

bamboo

holding a pen is much more comfortable than any double-photon-laser-super-wireless-mouse.
and wacom tablets are good because the pens are wireless and don't need batteries.
