What's with the payout structure? Every spot is a $68K jump till you get to 3ed-2nd. Isn't that a little uncommon? 1 $1,716,000 2 $1,029,600 3 $617,760 4 $549,120 5 $480,480 6 $411,840 7 $343,200 8 $274,560 12 - 9 $205,920 16 - 13$137,280 [/ QUOTE ] 1st - 25.25% 2nd - 15.15% 3rd - 9.09% 4th - 8.08% 5th - 7.07% 6th - 6.06% 7th - 5.05% 8th - 4.04% 9-12 - 3.03% 13-16 - 2.02% That seems pretty common doesn't it? Here would be the payout structure if they used stars 1- 2038608 2- 1359072 3- 808647.84 4- 5436288 5- 4416984 6- 3397680 7- 2378376 8- 1766793.6 9 - 1155211.2 10-18 - 815443.2 |

Chip is in a great position at this final table. He has Doyle and Jim, with two big stacks, to his right and only one big stack, Bloch, two to his left. I would say that Doyle is in one of the worst seats. Or maybe Ivey with 3 bigger stacks to his left. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I literally got chills when I looked at the chip counts this morning and saw that Chip and Doyle were on top. So cool. [/ QUOTE ] Definitely awesome. Funny thing if Chip wins, he'll get lots of attention, then go back to crushing cash games. |

Does anyone know if any sites have posted odds to win for this final table. Im at work right now and cant check. I bet Chip Reeese to win it at 48-1 on pinnacle, but wanted to see if there was anything worth hedging my bets.

Funny thing if Chip wins, he'll get lots of attention, then go back to crushing cash games. [/ QUOTE ] As I recall, Chip is the guy who said that he only started playing tournaments over the last few years because his kids were asking him why they never saw him on TV. |
