Byron Leftwich and David Garrard are mediocre QBs. People don't go to the Super Bowl with subpar QBs unless they have a ridiculously strong defense, which Jacksonville does not have.

They have to take Quinn. They're getting incredible value by picking him. They'll be paying him way less than he deserves.
