There's some sort of subplot afoot, and this is the first thing today that's really made me want to vote for someone specific.

The real raptor would not come out.
Shortline has rules against claiming such that you can't claim unless you have some sort of vote lead. I doubt shortline would make a double power such that you can claim - and be stronger. I have no idea.

I would assume Tokyo is defending himself tonight. In that case Chuck Norris could attack him with no penalty. Unless Chuck is confident enough in his read to risk attacking anyone else.
