Cheating at AP, updated cliff notes

Guys, this is really huge, there are 2 new ids whose results all but confirm then as superaccounts.

Lets hope we can get out hands on the HHS from those tourneys.

How many more are out there?

Someone with more in depth access to pokerdb should look into this- they all have huge scores since the suspect accounts disappeared. But I cannot tell any particulars with only the lowest access to pokerdb.

I propped at AP a couple years ago. I know of two other props, besides myself, who were suspicious we were being cheated.

I saw reference to this idea in an earlier thread that implied there have been posts about this on 2+2 in the past. I tried searching for these posts, but could not find anything.

I would be interested in what others have said about their experiences and possible sharing database information to see if we can come up with anything (doubtful).

If props were routinely cheated at AP, it was not done as blatantly as these examples, nor for as high of stakes. It does not make sense to me why AP would want or need to cheat smaller stakes props out of cash. But I am not familiar with the cash flow challenges a new poker site may be dealing with. Is it possible the relatively small amount that could be gained from this (maybe $5-7K a week total from all props) would be worth it?

Does not seem likely, but combining my experience with the evidence in this thread, I lean toward believing props were cheated also.

ok the first guy could be an outlier but 7 tournaments? This needs to be checked out. Also if these guys registered new accounts every other day it would be impossible to track this crap. It's scary how much has been cheated that we don't know

More and more will come out as people go back and review the data. I'm sure these guys just rotated accounts to avoid detection.

jcsmitty22 appears to be one of the inside sources, or has access to one, I would guess. Do we have any questions for him? How widespread was the knowledge of this cheating, I guess?
