I've done 2CB. The designer that I always wanted to try was 2CT-7, but the last I heard of it being around was in 2002 or so.

I think the "meth-in-LSD' is more myth than fact, but considering that ecstacy is chemically 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, of course there's "meth" in "x".

if you say it's probably a myth, you'd know better than I would I'm sure. I'm just the occasional dabbler and once in a while used to read a bit on erowid, bluelight, and lycaeum.

of the people who mentioned exotic designer psychedelics, can you comment on how much variety there is in the different experiences. for me personally pot, lsd, and mushrooms cause me almost the same effect which is a very severe self consciousness (even talking and facial expressions feel forced and fake and strenuous) and I mostly avoid them completely now. what was really cool for me was the one time I had ketamine. that was (loosely) like lsd, ie psychedelic, but it was warm and pleasant and happy. mabye like lsd crossed with ecstacy. I got to get that again.

I think you should have put cough medicine on your list. It's quite popular at my school. In fact here's a story that I put together with the help of Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Token, and Butters, but I obviously did most of the work. Our trip report to the pharmacy is included as well.

Trip Report to Pharmacy:

Butters: Gee whiz, there sure is a lot of 'em.
Kyle: How do we know which one to use?
Stab: [reaches out and grabs one, then steps back] How about this one? Calminex? [reads the label] "Warning: Taking more than the recommended amount can cause severe side effects."
ME: That sounds perfect.
Jimmy: B-b-bbingo!
Pharmacist: Can I help you boys?
Stan: Uh, yeah, we need to come up with some ideas and inspiration, so we're gonna drink a bunch of cough medicine.
Pharmacist: Whoa, boys! That's not what you need to come up with ideas.
Kyle: It's not?
Pharmacist: No! What you want is Calminex PM. [grabs a similar bottle to the first one and hands it to Kyle] It has the dexatrimfan in it that causes hallucinations in large doses.
Kyle: Oh, okay.
Pharmacist: Now, if it's more of a lucid, speedy kind of high you're looking for, I do also carry the Daytab Cold and Flu. Then there's the maximum-strength Cortitussin Cough and Cold, but of course, that's only if you really want to trip balls.
Jimmy: Wha, what do you think, fellas?
Stan: I guess we'll just take all of 'em.
Pharmacist: That's the spirit! All right, boys, I'll just need your parents' permission. [the boys look at each other] Kidding! I'm just pulling your legs. Come on over to the register. [goes to the register. The boys follow and see Mr. Garrison and Mr. Slave waiting for the pharmacist]

Aew you talking about the stuff which has codein in it? I never tried this. How did the trip work out?

Edit just vote codein for that stuff. The poll is not that important, btw. Let´s see if I´m able to make up a trip report from some older mushroom experience after all the stuff i´ve taken tonight. Trip reports from you guys are highly appreciated, too. Doesn´t have to be that good as a sex party with Snoop Dog, though. I think I prefer the lonely (deep) experiences anyway.

I just saw a kid on Nightline last night explain how you can take the DM bottle, put it on a string and essentialy centrifuge the Dex to the top, and not have to drink the other nasty stuff.

Great plan. My head likey Dex, but my tummy hate DM.

yeah they're basically apples and oranges. codeine is an opiate pain killer. DM is a dissociative anaesthetic with psychedelic properties, in the family with ketamine and pcp. I tried the cough syrup dm trip one time. you've got to do some research to figure out how much you're supposed to dose. you can find discussions of several different planes of dm trip, some seeming to get pretty far out there. all I got was a bit of a trippy experience which was hard to appreciate b/c I was sick to my stomach from drinking too bottles of disgustingly sweet syrup.

It would also be interesting to break the psychedelics into more subgroups. When I was, erm, "younger", I did a fair amount of LSD, and had the pleasure of experiencing really, really good liquid. Much nicer than blotter, much cleaner -- practically a different drug.

I'm older/wiser now, and not looking to relive those days, but I don't regret them, that's for sure.

a friend of mine who works in the biomedical area has a fentanyl lollipop sitting in his fridge. I tried to get it from him, but I'd probably be scared. a guy on a las vegas casino reality show died a few months ago partying with one of those. the people who extract fentanyl from patches probably about as hardcore as it gets. (people might recall it was probably fentanyl that the russian military pumped into the theater to knock out all the hostage takers (and kill several hostages). the only thing stronger is supposed to be some snythetic only used on elephants.)
