I chose the punch but on reflection I'd take the faeces.
The only problem would be choking it down. I don't think anyone could eat a whole cup without some build-up/training because you'd surely vomit after every mouthful. If you have to actually consume it all (and if you fail, have to take a punch anyway) I'd take the punch because I don't think it would even be possible for me to do it.
