I've never seen a watch that uses IV. They all use IIII.

I don't know how many times I've said this but NEVER buy Cartier watches. They are in the business of making jewelry, NOT WATCHES. See my other thread on FAQ Watches for a good look at a variety of posts from peeps regarding watches they own etc.

I can tell you that anyone who knows anything about watches, when they see someone with a Cartier, it is clear that that person has absolutely no idea of what a good watch is. Sorry OP.

I thought this watch looked pretty ugly, but everybody has unique taste in watches I've found.

well i think it's pretty hideous, but to each his own i guess... i can at least respect that it's cartier and thusly, no matter how ugly it may be, it's still pretty BALLIN'

You could have gotten the same play with a knockoff and saved yourself $4,950. A knockoff is also likely to run as well as the Cartier, IMO.
