Any of those people that voted 25% I will lay any amount of money giving you 5:1 on your money that they don't go undefeated.

Too many flukes, too many injuries in the NFL. NE has enough talent to go undefeated, doubt they have enough luck to. Dolphins on the road always seems to be a rough game.

I'm guessing 100% of the 4% that voted for the Colts went with 25% which obviously is a conservative estimate.

it's so hilarious how it has already been proved mathematically to be ~2% (and probably higher, some of those %s look off), yet you have guys like tereq claiming 0.1%. he is probably the same kind of guy who if/when the pats lose will say 'SEE, I TOLD YOU THEY HAD NO SHOT!'

The guy who "proved" that it was 1.97% forgot their game this week. Its more like 1.3-1.5%

According to ESPN, it'd probably be around 50%.

Pats are over 90% to beat the Browns, so the 1.97% only comes down to about 1.83%

Also, the original estimate seemed conservative.

Now that I'm seeing how ridiculously high that Browns moneyline is, maybe I should take a flier on the game and hope the Browns can fluke a shootout win.

tereg if they have a 0% chance like you said you have no chance of losing the bet. It's free money for you, you would be an idiot not to take the bet.

So like others, give me 100:1 odds and you can get some free money from me, since like you said it's got a 0% chance of happening and you have no risk of losing. Who doesn't want free money?

Anyone who said 0% is moron. How many times do really rare things in sports have to happen before you realize how dumb it is to think something is still impossible to happen.

[/ QUOTE ]
You said Boston was 8:1 to win the NBA Championship

[/ QUOTE ]

What's so crazy about that? Give me 10:1 and it's a deal. (Escrow needed obv).
