This scenario will not happen too often. Often a guy from EP bets and the others fold or guy from LP bets his Kh/TT or whatever and you need to call with two more players still in the hand anyway. If we're ahead we're often giving a freecard.

It matters because it knocks out AQh, KQh - and also gives us more equity vs a slowplayed AA/KK without a heart even though those are rare holdings. I still probably wouldn't call a bet and a shove if I checked, but I'd be less likely to check with the Qh.
