could just mean he CCs alot and doesnt 3bet much. but yah i think if a person is open limping in the co, it would be CO, and it would be with a hand like 33.

CO opened here so his range is HUGE pf. QQ and 33 are equally likely IMO. I would just go into check/call mode here and if he checks behind, bet river, puke/call raise.

If you give Villain's SN you can get some way better advice BTW.

villain is 19/10 so his range isn't that huge also he is prob slightly more likely to have QQ as a 19/10 may limp call 33 pf sometimes

It's very unlikely that he will limp 33 (or any other hand) in the CO so you can't say that.

Those are full ring stats (or a mix as the 5k plays a bit short). He opens 33 there 100% of time. He also occasionally makes some weird plays depending on what he thinks of you but I still dont think he shows up with AA here.
