It's certainly confusing to follow since each time he rewrites the chain of events one detail or another is inconsistent. However, assuming your order is correct, Full Tilt is certainly in the clear for seizing the new $100 deposit if the CC company wouldn't budge in restoring the initial $100.

Yeah, I think it's just a case of communicating poorly here.

My story didn't change...so, stop slandering and discrediting me with your double talk. It's not working. It comes down to FT keeping my money.

You probably didn't intend to change your story, but nevertheless, it changed every time you posted. Why? Because your writing is quite poor.

See Bobo's summary post. He explained your situation clearly, and he was just guessing at the facts - he even asked you for confirmation.

You should reread this thread a few times with the idea of addressing your problem. You'll need basic writing skills as you move through life.

Hold this coversation. No more replies. I am calling the cc, to find out what happened. FT sent me an email and from what it is trying to say - which is not quite clear - ...well, let me just check it out.

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL. This guy is complaining that FT's email isn't quite clear.

Precious!

I misunderstood FullTilt's actions. The error was on my part. FT did not take any funds from me. I apologize to all for the confusion.

These guys are out there, everybody. Always remember that.

They're out there.
