It also costs $55K a year to house prisoners in a super max facility.

He got sentenced to death for a crime that he's 100% guilty of doing. Give him 1 week to say his goodbyes and then execute him. He is of no use to society. The sooner people on death row(that are 100% guilty) are executed the less money from tax payers is used to keep their sorry asses alive.

What part of 100% guilty do you not understand?

[/ QUOTE ]

How exactly do you plan on deciding this 100% figure?

[/ QUOTE ]

If it's caught on camera.
If there's 3 or more credible witnesses.
If they plead guilty.
IF A PERSON IN JAIL KILLS A GUARD AND PEOPLE WITNESSED IT.
It's not that hard to figure out.

Your idea of how our legal system works is cute.

[/ QUOTE ]

erm this particular dude was in gen. pop, then killed guards and inmates before being sent to death row. so 100% guilty sounds about right

I like the idea of having a legal system where the judge/jury gets the choices of:

[ ] Not guilty
[ ] 100% guilty
[ ] ya whatever. guilty, I guess.
