A workplace analogy:
Anyone who's spent a significant amount of time in a leadership position comes to realize good employees want two things. 1) To be rewarded for their good work. 2) To see the workplace assbags get punished. There needs to be a way for the good posters to see the horrible ones get what they deserve. Maybe a read-only LoloBannedU forum where the mods can post who they've temp- or perma- banned and why would work.
