I live close to Doug's hometown (Calgary) and have played against him many times in both tourney's and cash games. He plays every game like its a $1 rebuy. He has also sold his soul into eternal damnation in order to run 90/10 on every coin flip he takes for the rest of his life. (Yes, I am jealous, and yes I will admit he is a pretty good tourney player). Every time he cashes in another tournament I know that the cash game players in town do a little dance of joy.

On the personality side, when he is winning he is a pompous, attention whoring ass who craves validation and ego stroking. When losing he is whiny, abuses dealers and players and holds up the game every other hand to call the floor and demand something or another. I have personally seen him use the "Do you know who I am?" line to introduce himself to two girls at a casino. When guys like Doug win it put's me on life tilt.
