The mole wasn't picking Homer anyway, so he had a 1/13 chance of lying instead of 1/14 if he picked first regardless


This is all pretty moot, I highly doubt the mole will lie this early in the POG Mole game, even if he's kbar or clowntable

I would like to take the list, and have scott rotate it a random number.

Scott don't look at the list. Post a number here between 1-13. We should then take that many names from the top of the list and put them on the bottom.

Like cutting the deck. I like it.

I think it's too angleshooty to ask to cut the deck after it was dealt and everyone saw the order...

Also it gets rid of our safeguards where we put the rander on top.

But if we do vote to cut it, we should use a public rand such as asking nich to post in a couple minutes and using the post number modulus 13

heres a newer and better idea
we all get together online at the same time here.
we get a post ready with our role. on my command we all post at the same time (basically)
anybody not posting within seconds of the command will be scrutinized heavily

i agree, i don't like the cut request after we already see the order and all. no offense, but a) i should be at the top since i made the rand, and b) smell is like 4th and is the one that requested a rand - which on the surface rings alarm bells

actually I am fine with it the way it is. if we lose this challenge, that means you or someone near the end of the list is more than likely the mole.
