I definitely wouldn't call you fat. I would describe you as a regular-sized person with a gut. Also, you have an attractive face, if you lost just a little bit of weight I think it would become slightly more chiseled and look really handsome.

I think I need to get down to around 200. That would probably be a decent weight for me.

I'm just sensitive with all these dudes that are 170 and 5'9 and want to lose 10lbs. I would look like walking death at 170.

After years of obsessively guessing female weight, I suck at guessing men's weight. But if you're at 225 now I think you'd look great at 200 or 205.

5 8 and 225 means a BMI of 33 (obese), unless you are ripped to hell and back, it's simply unhealthy to be that heavy.

I'm 5'10", 210, 38 inch. I have more gut than I'd like, and I think I look fatter if I wear bigger clothes, which is weird.

I had the same feeling thinking about people around our height at 160 or whatever. My brother is 5'11" 165, and everyone (including his girlfriend) think would look better putting on another 5-10 pounds.

I feel like there's got to be a better analogy than [censored]. Rack quality is determined by so many variables - shape, perkiness, various nipple details - in which simple size is just one factor among many. Being ripped seems much simpler - don't overdo it, don't underdo it - though my appreciation of the finer details of shreddery is surely as nothing next to guids'.
