Re: $7.50 (tax not included) or $8.00/$8.25 (tax included)
yeah, it is indoors and black-lit. The weather extremes here in Vegas would be bad for an outdoor location (see Scandia). As everyone knows, we have hot summers, but you might not know that we have pretty cold winters too, 20-50 degrees for dec-feb. Enjoyed meeting you too, Chris. Next time you come back to Vegas, let me know.

Re: $7.50 (tax not included) or $8.00/$8.25 (tax included)
Why is the spread between children and adults so small? $1 seems trivial, why even bother. You should go 6.75/9.75. A family of four is going to get raped.

[ QUOTE ]
But once they come in, play a round, are they going to come back? Are they going to tell their friends, "but it was too expensive..." [/ QUOTE ] no, but they will comment on the full pocket of change they have if you have to give them back $0.91. Also, if your mini-golf course is good enough people won't care about the price much unless it is outrageous or way over the competitors' prices. Even then, if the course is really cool, people will still come. People will pay for quality entertainment, and though I don't know for sure, I'd imagine this fact is enhanced in the area you are in. |

Re: $7.50 (tax not included) or $8.00/$8.25 (tax included)
I've never been to a miniputt place that has tax separate tbh. Most of the things to do at a miniputt place (if there is more to do than just miniputt) involves rounding to the nearest quarter.

Re: $7.50 (tax not included) or $8.00/$8.25 (tax included)
You don't want to be giving 92 cents change to people all day, nor do they want to receive it. Whatever price you decide on, go with tax included and make it a multiple of 50 cents.
btw, i'd make it something like $9 for adults, $7 for kids, kids under 5 free. |

I just skimmed the replies so maybe this has been said already but .. I would have tax included. Now you hand them back 3 quarters right? So what you need to do is have something for sale that costs/takes quarters Arcade machine, gumballs, a jukebox, whatever [/ QUOTE ] BIMO |

Just visited your website.
LOL at this part. [ QUOTE ] Walk through (don't want to play but want to spend time with friends or family and experience King Putt's tomb?):$4.00 [/ QUOTE ] I have never, ever, ever heard of this. Is this standard at all? Also, I guess it's Vegas but open til 2am? Do you think you will get enough customers post midnight to make this cost effective? |

I have never, ever, ever heard of this. Is this standard at all? [/ QUOTE ] I've definitely seen this at lower-end actual golf courses, but never at mini golf. |
