Re: Dumb car situation
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] I emailed their customer service, and a few days later recieved a phone call from one of their CS representatives. He got my side of it and then contacted the shop. I then got a call from the store manager. He said that if I paid for the part, (around $60), they'd install it. I can live with that. [/ QUOTE ] Took it in today at 10am to have the repair done. By 4pm they still had not called to tell me it was done, so I called them. I was told that they had it installed, but it was the wrong one, so now it just kinda hangs there. It works and the car is fine to drive, but UGH. They have to get the right one in and then they will call me. Wonderful. [/ QUOTE ] I think it's time you got medievil on their ass. |

Re: Dumb car situation
I know this is a little late in the game, but what has always worked for my parents is threatening to speak with the Better Business Bureau. Obviously, don't blackmail them, but say you think it is your last result to rectify the situation.
Regardless, in this situation I would talk with the BBB. You got rooked. |
