It's more work to fill that crap out and eat well than it's worth. I'm satisfied just being careful and smart about what I eat. No idea how anyone does that day in and day out. I only filled out one snack and I was frustrated because I had no idea what quantity to put into it. It's like I need a scale or measuring cup every time I eat.

Get the fitday software, its much better. If you're stuck at a certain weight but not using fitday to track everything you eat, you probably are eating in a way that isn't losing you weight but can't see it because it's not recorded. Use fitday.

Nah, I'm well-aware of why I'm holding steady right now. I've been kinda lax on keeping my calories down in spots where I could do a better job -- ie, I'll make a frozen Bertolli meal which has 600 calories instead of making chicken and peas, which has 400 calories... or something like that. I know it adds up when I do that all of the time. I just need to tighten up my diet and the pounds will start coming right off again.
