FWIW, Amazon says the book is in stock now. It said that once before for about a day then reverted to 1-3 or 2-4 weeks or whatever it was. It does also say that my order is shipping soon (I ordered on July 23), but hasn't changed my estimated delivery date of Aug 8 - Aug 15.

Books-a-Million and Barnes & Noble in Daytona Beach, Florida DO NOT have the book and as far as I could tell weren't planning on immediately stocking it.
