1. Take pictures of the damage and the SUV (done)
2. Find out which apartment the SUV owner lives in. 3. If you're the passive aggressive type (and it sounds like you are), leave a note on the SUV owner's door for him to contact you regarding the damage to your car. Provide copies of the pictures. 4. If he doesn't contact you, take him to small claims court. Done. |

Deductible only kicks in if it is your fault. Call your insurance company and they will fix it for free.
I found a trailer hitch sized dent in my bumper one day in the parking lot. They covered a new bumper deductible free. They told me to get a police report and an estimate and that was that. Good Luck. |
