a,

"So what, I [censored] up. You don't care about the specifics of that story anyway, but they'd probably change your opinion of me as a repeat drunk driver. "

I'd be interested in hearing about the circumstances that led to your DUIs.

Not really. I got a DUI when I was 18 and stupid. Two months ago, I went to the club with a friend in my 3 week old car. We took my car with the stipulation that he would DD. I went to the club, was no where near him, got smashed and passed out in the car. About 5 miles away from his home (where I was also crashing) I woke up to see him driving terribly. He ran my car over a sidewalk and bottomed it out. I told him to get the [censored] out of the driver's seat and that I'd drive the 8 blocks home. Someone called him in for driving over the sidewalk, DUI #2 for me.

The penalty for a second DUI here is two years without a license. Since this is my 3rd alcohol offense, it could very well mean a year of outpatient rehab and a bunch of other ridiculous classes. I cannot maintain my job (or any other one in this area) without a license. So, Oklahoma it is.

[/ QUOTE ]

Basically he has crappy friends and didn't just park his car and walk or take a cab like non-blacked out drivers do.

Meh, maybe there's some inside joke there, but that particular poster started the epic birthday song thread, and then started an interesting, if bizarre, employee depression/drunk thread. Not sure what he did to deserve * and ** or why we're so happy he's gone. Guess I'll STFU and search his post history. I mean, I'm stuck in Iowa so I have nothing better to do.

It's literally flatter than a pancake you know. And I mean literally. There was a study done but I suck at the Google and can't find it.

This post wasn't as good as I thought so here is a lolcat:

kerowo,

"It's literally flatter than a pancake you know. And I mean literally."

Are you referring to Iowa? Not flat at all. Almost endless rolling hills. You want flat? Nebraska. If you squint you can see Denver from Omaha.

If NT! should be banned then NT! should be banned for being a arrogant Red Sox fan. I hate those pricks.

Some egg heads did a study where the compared the difference between the highest point of Iowa and the lowest and the same thing with a pancake and it turned out the pancake has bigger differences between high and low points than Iowa after correcting for the fact that, you know, Iowa is bigger than a pancake.

Pancake still wins in deliciousness though.
