Have you looked into something called Helicobacter Pylori as a possible cause to your Stomach problems, I had the exact same problems and it turned out to be this, a pretty uncomfortable test to find out, but then all it needs is a week of Meds to get rid of it.

Apparently it's really common and they live in everyone's stomach but they adversely affect about 20% of people.
