Anyone watch Clippers - Nugs yesterday?
Looks like Thornton was a beast - Summer League ball fits him, so I expect him to put up good numbers... but promising start. -Al |

Knicks vs Sonics on NBATV right now. Still unimpressed with Durant, Green still shows flashes. Petro looks ok.

Anyone see any of the games in Orlando? It looks like you can watch them on orlandomagic.com.
Curious how Charlotte looked. Davidson had 16 pts on 7-11 shooting. Oh yeah, JJ had 30 pts |

[ QUOTE ] If you are in vegas and like basketball, then you need to go check this out. 75 bucks gets you courtside seats to 4 games. This is one of the best deals in sports. [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] Only a sucker would spend $75 for the courtside seats. You can sit right up front for $25. I sat center court in the front row today. Buying the $75 seat is a waste of $50. |

Im getting to Vegas on Friday and will be going to the games Saturday. I've heard attendance has been high. Can you still get tickets at the door, or should I order online?

GKA,
I went friday and today, both times walk-up tickets were available. Paying $6 extra per ticket to order online seems pointless. TSC, Tickets are either $75 for courtside or $25 for general admission. Either ticket is good for all the games at both the cox pavilion and the Thomas and Mack center (they are attached and it is very easy to walk from one to the other). The reality is that Courtside really only means the front row in the cox pavilion. The second row is general admission. In the Thomas and Mack center today, they had no seats designated for "courtside" or VIP. We watched the T-Wolves - Hornets game from folding chairs in the front row. We were close enough to the action that we were nearly smashed by Cory Brewer going for a loose ball on one occasion. Several times I had to lean back in my chair to avoid getting clipped by the ref running down the sideline in transition. |
