I think I might be from the cheapest place listed so far (Idaho)
$525,000 6 Bed, 4 Bath 12 Acres  it does seem to be a VERY ugly place. i am guessing a classier home would sell for the same amount if you didn't include the 12 acre lot and/or had one less bedroom.
