Default Austin man sues drug company, casinos after $14MM loss

Linky

Retired Austin man claims his Parkinson's meds caused his compulsive gambling behavior. Now he wants his money back.

In the article, the plaintiff claims that the casinos should have been aware of this drug's effects and stopped him from gambling.

Once taken off his meds, he stopped his compulsive behavior.

Do you think the casinos are at fault? What about the drug company, SmithKline Beecham?
