House for rent; evaluate the pics

I thought the pictures were great, and thought to myself while looking "What a cute house!" Of course, only a girl would say that.

The backyard was bad, but mostly because you didn't feature the porch/patio, that looked awesome from what you could see of it, so I would take another one of the back porch, forget the yard. Porches are big plusses, IMO.
