Ya that's Cash. I don't want to publicly bring anyone's name up on the forums unless I'm giving them compliments. I saw dealers do things I didn't like but not enough to publicly shame them. I will say that I think Cash is a nice guy with a very dry sense of humor. But he can be very demeaning to players, especially new players at times, even though I don't think he intends to come across that way. I also figured out that he's very smart and very good at math.

Nice TR.

I visit Tunica several times a year to play poker and golf. I have had the same experiences as you. Tunica offers great value for gaming and golf.

If you like to gamble with your vacactions (ie Tunica, Vegas, Reno, AC, etc. You would be well served to learn video poker.

Playing VP at Harrahs owned properties in Tunica, you will recieve offers for Junkets to Tunica, free rooms, BB cash, food and golf.

Currently I receive junkets offers for two out of Kansas City. Free airfare and trans from the Tunica airport to the Grand.

If you would like more info on VP hustling. I can help you out.

Tipping the brush is way more important than the dealers. As you have found out. Give a couple of red birds during the trip goes a long way.....

Please keep those TR coming.

Fishead24...Your link for current VP is way out of date. Here is the best website if your interested.

So for someone that has no VP skills could learn quite a bit from this? I know it seems like such a stupid question but I just figured it was all the obvious stuff combined with luck.

Thanks Mark

I played video poker professionally in Vegas for years but have been away from the game now for a few years other than off and on.

I'm interested in anything you've got concerning VP. Any links, any advice etc. I'm a low roller but if playing near break even VP will get me comps, I'm willing to try. Wonder what the VP situation is at the Horseshoe in Shreveport? I play poker there alot and would love to get some comps there if possible.

3% state tax on all winnings on slots/vp of 1200 or more............this is very important to remember in computing the payback of a machine.

State income tax or just some other state tax? If your state doesn't have an income tax, like Texas, any state income tax you pay to anther state is refundable. I got into that when they hit the bad beat at my table in Shreveport, La. They withheld the state income tax but my accountant filed the proper paper work and they sent me a check.

What about federal income tax though? $1,200 or more will get you a W2-G won't it? That's what we got for the bad beat because our table share was over $1,200.
