Sneaking onto a private course

I used to routinely walk on to one of the nines of a local 27 hole resort course that ran adjacent to a housing track, but my local Private Course would be much more difficult to get on
so I havent even attempted it, definetely scout it out - another local course actually closes on Mondays and the maintenence staff is gone by noon, I usually putt around and then play 9 or 18, I'm always ready to offer my green fees should I be approached there however because it's a military course
