Every first year ib program I know of has standard tiered bonuses. This is less true at small firms, but anything that's publicly traded probably adheres to this rule.

Thanks for clarification. Despite deciding to go pro in something other than finance, I still like to pretend I know what I'm talking about (and maybe one day move back into that type of thing).

I will be sorely disappointed if I don't top 100k my first year out of undergrad.

Unless you are at the top of your class and ready to work like a bitch for someone else you are going to be sorely disappointed. Most MIT grads don't make 100K including bonus in their first year.

You've got a very small chance. One of my friends just started with MS on a trading desk. His ideas of salary are realistic. Maybe you should try talking with a living, breathing person (or persons) who have these jobs instead of inventing them?
