[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] what, if anything, does my avatar mean to you? [/ QUOTE ] Nothing. [/ QUOTE ] In which case I declare fraud on you being a secret agent. Not that that's a big surprise to anyone. [/ QUOTE ] Any idiot could use google to find that out. The proof here is that he didn't. He doesn't need to prove himself to us. If he were to admit he knew, that could endanger him, and possibly us too. |

do you always leave your penis sticking out during your spying activities? [/ QUOTE ] Its enormity causes a large bulge in my pants. This is unavoidable, but I have learned not to let it hinder my secret activities. |

[ QUOTE ]
The sentence after this one is true. The sentence before this one is false. Is this statement true or false. [/ QUOTE ] "This sentence is false" is an easier liar sentence to put out there. Logicians have debated this (and continue to do so) however all this illustrates is the divide between codified logic and grammar. Just because it is possible to express something linguistically does not mean that a corresponding logical sentence can be expressed. This is one of the (relatively few) examples of English declarative sentences that have no corresponding logical value. An easier example would be "I love you" - this sentence has no logical value either. For more information on this, you can check out Paradoxes or Logical Puzzles - Logic and Grammar |
