Re: What\'s my hand look like to a 5/10 regular?
[ QUOTE ]
[ I think the majority of people will call here, but I think it’s a fundamentally poor call. If everyone is doing it tho, then my bluff becomes fundamentally poor as well. [/ QUOTE ]that's what i said in my first post |

Re: What\'s my hand look like to a 5/10 regular?
There's two problems.
First is that you flat called on the flop instead of raising. Second is that you checked behind on the turn. Almost all of the time checking usually means a weak hand. If you had a monster or something, most of the time I would still fire. To him, your river play looks more like a steal than you actually having a hand. Factor in the 1st two comments and there's almost enough reason to look you up. If you had a boat, most of the time you'd still bet or raise for value, flop turn to build the pot and gain value. Looks more like AK if you're relatively tight which is also another factor. Depends what your range is. Since you're 8 tabling it's more likely. I think this call is a mistake. I also think it is so common that no one even thinks twice about making it when multi tabling. 4:1 pot odds are not 40:1. I have logged maybe 500k hands in the last year and a half, and this is one of like 5 times i can remember bluffing like this giving great odds. I am no where near bluffing 20% of the time. I also am never raising anything less than his hand for value. [/ QUOTE ] OK, so given that data vs. you this call may be a mistake, but vs. a donk it may well not be. |

To prove you play 10/20? Your post seems to suggest you think there's only one way to play a hand each hand and deviating from this is wrong. I say it makes u unpredictable. |

Re: What\'s my hand look like to a 5/10 regular?
Your hand looks like AA, or a flopped set/boat.
You'll get called by any hand he is value betting on the river, unless you have an image of an uncreative nit/TAG |

Re: What\'s my hand look like to a 5/10 regular?
My bad Irock. By problem I just meant factors in in evaluating the range of hands you could have. As played though, I think your river push is great so long as opp capable of folding enough times.
