i got pwned this month on 200NL, i only ran a little under 4 PTBB/100

nowadays when i make a bad play i recognize it pretty quickly, like immediately after i do it or within 60 seconds, i think i managed to make bad plays of 200-500 dollars every day this month.

very dissapointing in terms of winrates. ran at around 2ptbb/100 at 200nl after a 21buyin downswing. and only 3.5ptbb/100 at 100nl after a 8 buyin downswing. was running at 10ptbb/100 for most of the month. the downswing ruined it

last month was my best so far and i managed 14k but this month i just beat it with 15k although i lost $1000 staking a couple of friends who both ran like [censored] in fairness m(i watched them). next month i think its gonna be 400nl time where i hope to make 10k+
