You do realize titles mean nothing when comparing players.

Jesus, I'm not quite 6'1" and I weigh the same as Tim Duncan. And I'm not horrendously fat or anything. Shouldn't a 7 footer that doesn't look like a twig weigh a little more?

Not really. A 7 footer is supposed to weigh between 230 and 270.
