ub points not adding correctly?

I feel for you guys. UB bonuses helped me build a roll many moons ago and the way this, along with the various rakeback issues, has been handled is so [censored] shady.

ive taken 2700$ off ub and have 100$ left, maybe 75$ more than i need......lol.

the glitch in the software is thaT SOME of you are getting old points. im sure ub will get to it so that you only get new points.....lol.

I do think it is a glitch in their update. Otherwise the Convert Your Points to Cash promo would make no sense, since it would be nearly impossible to accumulate even 750 points in a week. I played 10 table hours last night of .25/.50 NL full ring and only accumulated 35 points--it would normally be 125-140 points. I would have to 7 table at that level for over 30 hours a week just to get the minimum of 750 points. That makes the promo pointless. Also, the day before, I had some tables collect points properly and others not properly. Like I said, I'm pretty sure it's a glitch. I just hope they get it figured out pretty quick, b/c I certainly don't feel like putting too many hours in at UB for no bonus money or promo money.

I emailed UB and asked them if they could give me one reason to stay at their site...just one thing they do better than Stars or FT.

They have not responded.
