One could argue the people you plan on toasting are the ones holding a large amount of responsibility for the VT shootings. Plus since he wasnt American and was here on a student visa he likely didnt go to a high school in America and in all probability had a normal life before coming to the US. Of course i speculate because i dont know either way. Not really up to date on the latest.
