Editing the client.ini file doesn't seem to be altering the font size any more. Having huge font for stack sizes allowed me to rack up 8k in MGR last month Doug. Please don't punish my eyes again.

If you were playing around with fonts in the client.ini file, there's a new way to play around. Look for preferences.orig in the same directory as your FullTiltPoker executable and rename it to preferences.ini. There is a small amount of documentation in that file, hopefully enough to get you started if you want to make changes.

Damn you literate [censored]. Rub it in my face why don't you.

That preferences.ini file is an actual useful improvement. You deserve a rare congratulations FT tech team.[ QUOTE ]
Back on the gray writing: You could just edit the background image you have so that there just black in those corners, so you just have the gray writing and not a bunch of garbled text.

[/ QUOTE ]It's already all black.

Where do you get the really big "GET CHIPS", "LAST", and "STAND" from? That's what you need to edit out.

The big stuff is what I want- not the small grey stuff. Also I want the grey stuff on the bottom (the fold to any bet, etc. stuff) completely gone because I need to put pokerace stats there. Oh well no big deal.

7. the lobby popping up each and everytime a table is opened or closed - very annoying.

- Yep, I'm still trying to get that on the schedule. I think we can come up with a nice option for that, we just need to get to the point where other much higher priority projects are taken care of.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm not a computer programming expert or anything.. but presumably there's some line of code somewhere that says "make lobby pop up" where we don't want it to. Get rid of it please.

15. INSTITUTE THE RULE THAT YOU MUST HAVE THE BUYIN FOR THE TOURNEY TO CHAT IN THE TOURNEY!!!!!

- We have a pretty all-encompassing chat project in the works. It should cut down the spam you see dramatically. I'm not sure when it'll all get implemented, but hopefully within a few months.

[/ QUOTE ]

Just do this first--it'll help a ton.

I hope that in your more extensive changes, you include a button to report chat. The current system of having to e-mail support is just too much work for most people to bother.

I'd also like to add that the 6-max, double stacked tournaments are awesome and more tournaments should be like this. Maybe even try making your big sunday tournament 6-max one week and see how people like it.

Otherwise, thanks for doing a good job, Doug.

OH yeah baby. The big text doesn't cut off when it's too big any more. If they can do it for the font, they can surely do it for the cards too so people can have bigger cards.

With the new font abilities FT > Stars software for the first time. Of course I'm lucky that I get no lag (really nice computer) and I only crash about once a week.

Doug,
Please hire more support.

It'd be absolutely wonderful if there were a phone number to call to talk to an actual person for urgent matters--or maybe one of those live chat things.

Also, please try and only hire competent people.

Grey,

how do I make my table look like this and have you found anyway to change the fuzzy "get chips" etc in the upper right and left?
